do the materials ordering of your materials at the supplier of your choice:

planning
Create a delivery schedule for when you would like your materials to arrive on site.
You can specify details such as:

Date – including weekends, if required.

Time – for example, 07:00, 16:30, or any other preferred time.

Delivery location on site – for example, the 4th floor next to the elevator.
Below, you can upload your delivery schedule and we'll help create and coordinate the rest.
That's it.
Once we receive your uploads, you'll be able to log in and track all logistics through your dashboard.
You can update or adjust your planning up to 24 hours in advance throughout the entire project. We understand that project schedules evolve over time, and our platform is designed to accommodate those changes while keeping logistics running smoothly.

If you don't have an account yet
and the Q-Platform will guide you through a simple onboarding process.

It only takes a few minutes.

Using the Q-Platform is completely free.
Once your account has been created and approved we will send you your credentials.
You can add your project by answering a few basic questions, such as the project name and address.
You are also welcome to upload your company logo or a project image to personalize your profile.

your materials list
The more information we have, the better. Materials can always be added later during the project, but ideally we would receive the complete list of materials for this project the start.
At a minimum, please provide:

EAN number or article number

Product description
-
Supplier name
-
Quantity
We probably have most of the remaining product details in our database.
Example:

To make the process easier, we can integrate with many standard software packages. Alternatively, we can work with a spreadsheet export (such as Excel or Apple Numbers), which most software systems can generate.

your planning
Your material schedule should be provided per material type.
To optimise logistics and keep costs as low as possible, we need a detailed planning schedule at least one month in advance. The more detailed the forecast, the more efficiently we can organize deliveries and inventory.
For example, your planning could look like:

The Q-Platform will keep track on completion.
