FOR WHOM?

CITIES, GOVERNMENTS AND INSTITUTIONS

What we do

Qonnected connects  tendering, procurement, logistics and circularity in one construction supply chain platform.

From the BIM model to the construction site — and from construction waste back into the supply chain

Solved

We solved the whole construction supply chains problems; waste control, circularity, bring down logistic movements of construction traffic in cities with 73%, bring down costs, reduce costs with more than 20% and much more.

It's real, existing and working.

a brief explanation

To our surprise, we see many projects being started to solve parts of the problems we have already solved — in practice, in real projects and with solutions that are already working today.

And even better; Qonnected brings these solutions together into one connected flow, rather than solving each individual problem separately.

Fewer Construction Vehicles in the City

Construction is one of the major sources of urban freight traffic, with materials, machinery and waste moving between suppliers, construction sites and disposal locations. Qonnected connects these flows and consolidates deliveries through hubs, so fewer vehicles need to enter the city and each movement can be used more efficiently. The result is fewer trips, less congestion and less pressure on scarce urban space.

Cleaner and More Efficient Urban Logistics

Qonnected coordinates construction logistics around the actual building schedule. Materials can be delivered just in time, rather than being transported to the city and stored unnecessarily on or around construction sites. The final urban leg can be handled with suitable low- or zero-emission vehicles, reducing local emissions, noise and disruption while keeping construction moving.

From Construction Waste to a Circular City

Qonnected does not only manage what comes into the city — it also manages what leaves it. Q-Circular predicts construction waste already during the tender phase, making it possible to plan containers, collections, transport and processing in advance. Materials can be directed towards reuse, renewal, recycling or the appropriate processing route, while cities gain better visibility of construction-related material flows.

For cities, Qonnected means fewer unnecessary movements, cleaner construction logistics and better control over the complete urban construction flow
— from materials coming in to waste going out.

HOW TO START

Want to know more?

If you would like to learn more, we would be happy to show you what we do and how our approach works.

We already work with several cities, provinces and government organisations next to ofcourse our clients, companies who are now building in your town or province.

We can provide presentations, join working groups, or share whitepapers on the challenges and solutions surrounding construction logistics, urban mobility and circularity.

Let’s explore how we can help.
