What We Ask — And No More

For the full Qonnected supply chain, we only need two things from you:
your Bills of Materials and your delivery planning.
​
Your planning doesn't have to be perfect from day one. You can start with a rough indication — by month, quarter or construction phase. Once a delivery is within one month, you can specify the planning more precisely, including the required delivery date, time and location.
And even then, you're not locked in. You can change your planning up to 24 hours before the requested delivery.
​
If you use Q-Tender, your Bills of Materials are already available and ready to flow into logistics. If not, you can simply upload your Bill of Materials manually or connect it directly from your existing software.
​
Everyone Has Their Own Planning — We Connect It
​
Every subcontractor can maintain their own delivery planning, while the main contractor retains an overall view of the project.
Subcontractors can also adjust their planning up to 24 hours before delivery. The Q-Platform automatically coordinates the related schedules, helping ensure that materials, logistics and site activities remain aligned.

And planning isn't limited to the original schedule.
Weather, site conditions, delays or other unexpected events can be incorporated into the planning, allowing the logistics flow to adapt when the construction project changes.

How Do You Make Money? It's Free to Use.

Good question. the answer is simple: we make the supply chain more efficient and participate in the value we create.
​
Suppliers can offer their products directly to you and your subcontractors through the Qonnected ecosystem. We coordinate the purchasing, transport, storage, delivery and other services required to move those products through the supply chain.

We pass most of the savings we create back to you.
​
We retain a small commission on the transactions and services we coordinate — effectively getting paid for doing the work and making the supply chain more efficient.

And because you don't have to spend your own people and time doing that work anymore, the value of the time you save can be greater than our commission.
