How Can You Access the Loads Offered?

Good question. The answer is simple: register with Qonnected, and we know you are interested.
​
Our process is AI-driven. By analysing available transport orders and the characteristics of your fleet, we identify the loads that best match your trucks, routes and capabilities.
This means you receive relevant opportunities instead of having to search through hundreds of available loads yourself.
​
Of course, you are not the only carrier looking for loads. Other transport companies and their trucks are also available.
That is why we use what we call a “Load Funnel.” Every transport order enters the funnel and is offered according to a defined allocation sequence, taking into account the available carriers and the best match for each load.
Understanding the Load Funnel

Step 1: Q-TMS
The selected loads are first allocated to Q-TMS users. Thanks to direct visibility into their real-time availability and planning, this can be done completely automatically—reducing planning effort while maximising efficiency.

Step 2: Q-TMS Light
If a load cannot be assigned through Q-TMS, it is offered to Q-TMS Light users. They can simply accept the order through the Q-Platform and incorporate it into their own planning systems.
​
Step 3: Tendering
If the load remains unassigned, it enters the tender process, where it is offered to a broader group of carriers. The first carrier to accept the offer receives the transport order.

This approach ensures that every load is allocated in the most efficient way possible.

Getting Q-TMS gives you a full, standalone, cloud-based TMS with everything you need to manage your transport operations — while continuing to serve all your existing clients and loads.
And there is more. Whenever Qonnected has loads that match your fleet, our AI checks the available transport orders and identifies the right opportunities for your trucks. Depending on your preferred setup, these loads can be automatically planned into your trucks, with or without prior approval from you.

Q-TMS-light users; second in line
When we cannot find a suitable Q-TMS user for a load, we turn to our Q-TMS Light users.
A Q-TMS Light user is a registered Q-Platform carrier who can access the loads that remain available after the first allocation round.
These loads are also visible to other Light users, creating a shared pool of available transport opportunities.
When you accept a load, you automatically receive the transport order digitally, preferably through a connection with your existing TMS.

With Q-TMS Light, we do not plan the load into your trucks automatically. You first check availability within your own fleet and decide whether you can take the transport. Once you accept it, the transport order is confirmed and sent to you digitally.
​
When the Load Reaches the
Q-Loadboard
If we still haven’t found a suitable carrier for a transport order, we publish the load on our Q-Loadboard. From that moment, the opportunity is open to carriers across Europe — so any carrier can pick up an available load.
