Qonnected has won the tender for the Construction hub of the Municipality of Eindhoven.

We at Qonnected are very proud that we have won the tender from the Municipality of Eindhoven, with the goal of making better use of the existing construction hub (Bouwhub) in Eindhoven. In this project, we will work closely with the municipality to optimize construction logistics in the city and surrounding region. Not only for the short term, but as a structural and scalable solution.

This tender falls under the Startup in Residence Intergov program, which brings together government and innovative entrepreneurs to tackle societal challenges with innovative and scalable solutions that create real impact.

Objective: For larger construction projects in Eindhoven, achieve maximum consolidation in the supply chain up to the construction hub, and from there transport goods emission-free to the construction sites.

Savings:

• 73% reduction in CO₂ emissions within the city

• 50% reduction from manufacturer to construction hub

• At lower costs and with fewer failure costs.
