Simple example

You need 10,000 plaster sheets for two projects to be used over the next two years.

Using Qonstruct, you compare all available suppliers for that specific plaster sheet and review pricing. You select the best-priced option (or request a quotation) and place a single bulk order—benefiting from higher volumes and better pricing.

Next, you upload your detailed planning, for example:

Project A: Thursday, May 12 — 200 sheets, 3rd floor
Project B: Saturday, June 12 at 08:00 — 250 sheets, behind the gate
etc.

We take care of the rest.

Instead of delivering all materials at once to a warehouse, we call off deliveries directly from the supplier based on your exact, date-specific needs. This eliminates unnecessary storage—either on-site or at the supplier—and supports demand-driven production. And make sure Trucks are full when on the road!

We also build in safety buffers to account for delays or changes.

If additional materials (e.g. tiles) are scheduled for delivery to the same project on the same day, we automatically combine deliveries. Everything is delivered to the exact location on site, so your crews—such as carpenters—can start working immediately instead of spending time moving materials.
