For any transport we cannot automatically assign to a carrier or warehouse, we create a tender.
In simple terms, we send a load offer by email to all relevant carriers. The first carrier to accept the offer receives the transport order.

The Smart Version: Q-TMS Light
With Q-TMS Light, we can automatically assign transport orders to you through the Q-Platform.
You simply log in to the platform, where you will find the transport orders we would like you to handle. You can accept these orders directly within the Q-Platform. Orders that are not accepted within the specified timeframe will automatically be tendered to other carriers.
You can also integrate your own TMS with the Q-Platform, allowing orders to flow directly into your existing system.
You remain in control of the planning—we simply provide you with the transport orders.
The Smartest Version: Q-TMS
When you use our Transport Management System, Q-TMS, things become even easier.
Because we have real-time visibility into your availability and planning, we can automatically assign the most suitable transport orders to you. Q-TMS still allows you to plan your own loads, while we complement your schedule with additional transports that fit efficiently within your operations.
You stay in control, while we help maximize the utilization of your fleet by assigning the most efficient loads.

You simply log in to the platform, where you will find the warehousing orders we would like you to handle. You can accept these orders directly within the Q-Platform. Orders that are not accepted within the specified timeframe will automatically be tendered to other warehouses.
You can also integrate your own WMS with the Q-Platform, allowing orders to flow directly into your existing system.
You remain in control of the planning—we simply provide you with the warehouse orders.
