We deliver your materials exactly when and where you need them—on the agreed date, at the scheduled time, and directly to the designated location on the construction site.
To maximize efficiency, we use a cross-docking facility to consolidate all materials required for that day's deliveries into a single, coordinated shipment.
If your project is located within an emission-free zone, we can complete deliveries using electric trucks.
We are into logistics and therefor not mingling with you existing purchase agreements, Fully up to you!
We do like to have the details of your supplier; thats where we will pickup your orders in the most efficient way.

Although we asked you to give at start a planning, this can be as detailed as wished. Of course, when the date of delivery is nearby, the requessted deliveries needs to be more specified.

Nothing you have to do...just to use!
During the execution of your construction project, waste generation is inevitable. The Q-Platform can manage that process as well.
When we deliver your materials, we can simultaneously collect construction waste and transport it back to our hub. From there, recycling partners are notified to collect the waste in full truckloads, improving efficiency while reducing transportation costs and emissions.
Once your project is completed, you will receive a comprehensive overview of all materials ordered and identify those that were not used.
You can choose to transfer these surplus materials to another project or resell them. Because the Q-Platform maintains all relevant product information—including article numbers and specifications—we can efficiently relocate these materials wherever they are needed.

Runner Service
Need materials delivered to a specific location on-site, such as the 4th floor or a particular work zone? Our Runner Service can take care of this for you.This service is available at an additional cost and is quoted based on the project's requirements.
However, these costs are typically more than compensated by the savings generated through our efficient transport and logistics approach.
We simply want to ensure complete transparency—no surprises.
Shuttle Service
If parking at the construction site is challenging due to limited space, high parking costs, or because your employees do not have access to emission-free transport, we offer a practical and efficient solution for your construction workforce and other project staff.
Employees can park their private vehicles at one of our strategically located construction hubs outside the city centre. From there, we arrange group transportation to and from your project locations within the city.
Long-term storage
Long-term storage is not included in our standard service, as our logistics model is designed to keep storage to a minimum in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
While we do have storage capacity available, it is primarily used to support short-term, flow-based logistics rather than long-term warehousing.
For dedicated long-term storage needs, we offer flexible solutions including indoor and outdoor storage space, as well as both floor storage and racked storage options.
In addition, we can manage your materials and arrange shipment to other locations when required.
All long-term stock is fully visible and trackable via the Q-Platform.
Software integrations
We can integrate the Q-Platform with your existing systems, including ERP software, planning tools, and BIM environments.
If a ready-made integration is available, we charge a one-off implementation fee.
For more specialised or less common (“exotic”) software systems, we can develop a custom connection, which is billed at cost.
For all system integrations, we apply a small usage fee of €0.01 per API calls (GET and POST requests).
As an alternative, you can also use simple uploadable spreadsheets per project—this option is always free of charge.
You are free to upload spreadsheets yourself at any time. For your first implementation, we provide full support at no cost to ensure everything runs smoothly.
